Manny has a strong record of success in employment litigation matters, including class actions, PAGA representative actions,and high stakes individual employment law claims. As a managing partner of Frontier Law Center, Mr. Starr brings a strong background in marketing, business development, and technology to the firm.Mr. Starr holds a J.D. from University of West Los Angeles, School of Law where he made the deans list and ultimately graduated summa cum laude. He is a self-described “foodie” with a passion for barbecuing on the weekend.
