Initially when i wanted a consultation to see if my issue could be made into a bigger issue, the lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful. She did not rush me or try to downplay my situation, she listened to me and helped understand what I needed. Afterwards a team lead named Daniel was able to help answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Theres no doubt in my mind that I was not receiving the best service.
