”Twenty years of building a business taught me one thing above all: people remember who showed up for them.
Danny Barlavi leads the Client Onboarding Team at Frontier Law Center, where more than two decades of sales and service experience shape how every client is treated from their very first call. His approach goes beyond traditional intake. Danny prioritizes trust over transactions, and his leadership sets the standard for professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care at the front door of the firm.
Danny’s path to the legal field starts close to home. His best friend and his brother are both accomplished attorneys, and over the years he played a meaningful role in supporting the growth of both of their firms. That early exposure planted something that grew into a deep personal drive to help people, and it now shapes his next ambition: pursuing law school and becoming an attorney himself.
Before joining Frontier Law Center, Danny spent twenty years owning and growing his own company. Building something meaningful from nothing taught him how to solve problems, lead people, and stay persistent through every stage of growth. He recently sold the business to his favorite employee, a gratifying close to that chapter and the kind of ending that says a lot about how he treats the people he works with.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Danny is an avid hiker who has conquered nearly every trail in Los Angeles, finding both solace and adventure in nature. At home, he tends his garden and cares for his backyard flock of chickens, ducks, and pigeons, with his dog Sansa nearby, and unwinds in his cherished dry sauna. He still drives the 1969 Mustang he bought at sixteen and has been meticulously rebuilding ever since. The real highlight, though, is time with his wife, his family, and his four grandchildren.
