”I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system and making legal processes as accessible and understandable as possible.
Kelly Pineda is a Case Manager at Frontier Law Center, where she works alongside the firm’s attorneys to keep each case moving and each client informed about exactly where things stand.
She approaches the role with a simple conviction that the employees the firm represents deserve to understand every step of their case, not just the outcome, and that conviction shapes how she communicates from the first conversation forward.
Kelly’s interest in law begins with how much of daily life it touches. The rules that decide what happens at work, at home, and nearly everywhere in between all trace back to the law, and that reach is what first drew her to the field. What keeps her here is more specific. The legal system can feel confusing and intimidating to the people who need it most, and Kelly finds real purpose in helping clients make sense of the process, translating what is happening in their case into language that is clear, accessible, and easy to act on.
Professional Approach
Before joining Frontier Law Center, Kelly completed her service with the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, a milestone she considers the defining chapter of her career so far. Living and working inside a community that was not her own gave her a depth of perspective and connection that still informs how she treats every client. It also gave her fluent, professional Spanish, which she now counts among her most valuable skills and which allows her to support Spanish-speaking clients in the language they are most comfortable with.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Kelly loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures wherever she lands. Closer to home, she is happiest with a trip to the beach, a delicious meal, a peaceful hike, or a good book.
